Dear Saundra,

It was so good to finally find a company that actually delivers on their promises. After being scammed out of too much upfront money, I heard there was a company that actually listed for nothing and only took a fee when the timeshare was sold. Well, needless to say I was skeptical when I first called you. But the proof is in the pudding as my mother used to say and I was pleasantly surprised when you actually presented me with offers right away and sold my timeshare within a month! After years of trying to sell, I finally had some satisfaction.
Why don't more people know about you?
I, for one, will tell everyone I know who wants to buy or sell a timeshare about you...I hope thats OK. Again, thanks for your help in selling our timeshares.

Hi Maybelle: 

Before I could call Diamond this AM I see that the two purchases have been placed into our Diamond Club Member account online.  They have allocated 11,000 points per contract  to both our 2008 and 2009 account as well as updated our status as an Elite member of the Club.  We are very please. Please advise Saundra of this as well.  We will pursue additional point values in the coming weeks.
